If you're a consumer or a business acting like one, according to the Consumer Rights Act, you generally have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The 14-day period starts from the day you or someone else you've chosen, who is not the carrier, receives the goods. You can cancel the contract by sending us a statement of cancellation, for example via email to: support@chopzwood.com. Just make sure to send it before the 14-day deadline. Send the returned goods back to us promptly to: support@gmail.com, but no later than 14 days from the day you canceled the contract. We'll refund your payments promptly according to the store's Terms and Conditions, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of returning them, whichever happens first. The right to cancel a distance contract does not apply in cases specified in the Terms and Conditions. You can find detailed information about your rights in this document.

Complaints
If you're a consumer or a business acting like one, you have certain rights if the goods sold to you are not in accordance with the contract. If the goods do not comply with the contract, you have the right to make a complaint – for example, to the email address: support@chopzwood.com. As a rule, we are responsible for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, which existed at the time of delivery and was revealed within two years from that moment. Based on the Consumer Rights Act, you can demand:
- a replacement of the goods,
- repair of the goods.
In some cases, you can also make a statement about:
- canceling the contract,
